What makes any project feasible? Will the location be feasible in terms of customer’s foot-fall? These are the questions, any entrepreneur must take into consideration very seriously. A feasibility study is a preliminary study that is undertaken to determine and document a project’s viability. This document is analyzed to make a decision whether to proceed with the project or condemn it. Even tough if the project is approved, it is very important to calculate the various scenarios, i.e. best case, optimistic case, break-even and pessimistic case scenario to proceed further.

In simple terminology, it is the analysis of possible alternative solutions to various problems and a recommendation on the best alternative. This is also applicable for existing businesses which are operating in losses or in profits, i.e. companies which run in losses wish to improve their business and companies which are operating in profits, wish to expand.

Within a feasibility study, there are couple of aspects which are required to be taken into consideration, i.e. Needs analysis, Economic Feasibility, Technical Feasibility, Time Factor Feasibility, Cultural Feasibility (Environmental Aspect), Legal Feasibility and Marketing Feasibility. All these factors are subjected to detailed study which is carried out in our company personally by the Managing Director.
